Joell’s lysates
- Use 1 Petry dish.
- Add cold PBS and wash the dish 2x at room temp.
- Add LSD+5% BME +100x cocktail protease inhibitors+ 100x phosphatase inhibitors from Roche.
- Add 400ul to each Petri dish. Scrape and collect in a tube. Sonicate at 80 power for 30 seconds 2 times. Load without boiling (for Cx43 to avoid aggregation) or boiling if needed.
