This guide describes how to export sequence data. The "Export Data" button only shows up on sequence panel, on the bottom bar, next to the refresh button. When a user reaches a panel of raw sequences, RNA sequences, constructed sequences, or protein sequences, do the following steps to export sequences:
- Click the "Export Data" button on the bottom bar.
- Enter a name for the data file, e.g. my_export_1, Click "OK".
- Download the data from portal, under tab "Download User Sequences" of "Browse Data".
