Beginning in March 2011, the UCSD School of Medicine will begin offering expanded IT support services that will include:
backup storage,
replicated data storage and
small virtual machines for hosting applications.
In additon to these offerings will be the technical support, consulting, and design services necessary to establish a coherent migration plan, connectivity and access details, etc.
