Bamboo Jabber IM alerts
- use Google account crbs.bamboo that uses the Atlassian apps password
- Google account is mapped to crbs-bamboo on mail.ncmir.ucsd.edu using same password
Configuring Bamboo to notify you via Jabber instant message
Login to Bamboo
Click "My Profile"
Add a JABBER BASED IM address
- GMail/GTalk (e.g. vrowley@gmail.com, if your IM client is configured for your GTalk account)
- UCSD Jabber server (e.g. vrowley@chat.ucsd.edu, which uses your campus AD password)
Configuring Adium to use your UCSD Jabber account
- Account Info
- Jabber ID: is your UCSD AD login name
- Password: is your AD password
- Connection Options
